I'm Nancy, the owner and lead designer of Fancy Florals By Nancy.
I felt a connection to plants and flowers even as a child as I admired my grandmother's gardens and helped my mother tend her gardens.
This connection beckoned me to cultivate my own extensive flower gardens on our family farm where my husband Wayne and I worked together and raised our family.
The garden nurtured my creative spirit and stimulated a passion to learn everything I could about the floral industry.
In 2012, after completing Floral Design I and II at Parkland College, I opened my wedding flower boutique studio in Fairbury, Illinois.
